Sir Jimmy Fano, 60 years old, from Caloocan City, Philippines. On December 19, 2013 he was diagnosed to have Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). He has to undergo dialysis twice a week and had an option for kidney transplant but without a guarantee that he would survive.
